About The Artist

She was raised in Montreal, Canada and resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Halyna uses multiple mediums, techniques, and surfaces in her art and sculpture... Watercolors, India Ink, Acrylic, Murals, Clay, Granite and Marble.

In 2010, Shaw evolved her style from the series entitled “FANTASY”. She resurrected her use of the crisp high colored India inks -- that she was known for in the advertising industry -- to create a realistic series entitled “KISSING”. This series was exhibited in multiple venues throughout Florida, in 2012. Later the "KISSING" series naturally morphed into "HUGS 'n KISSES". More art on Paintings page.

Halyna has written, designed and produced many award winning ad campaigns. Halyna Shaw's art and creative designs are featured on multiple book covers, advertisements, brochures, catalogs and corporate collateral print media as well as corporate branding and rebranding. Art Classes by Halyna

Shaw has merged her love of people, travel, art and languages by teaching watercolor and acrylic painting classes. She is engaged as a guest lecturer -- aboard many cruise ships and has sailed the across the Caribbean, Mediterranian and Red Seas, the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, through the Panama and Suez Canals, and circumnavigated the continent of South America aboard many ships! She is fluent in English, French, Ukrainian, and can engage in other languages conversationally. Art Classes can be scheduled for intimate parties, groups and benefits. Call for availability.
